Customer 1      : Good afternoon. I want to make a dinner reservation

Waiter  1          : Sure, can you tell me when you will be coming? 

Customer 1      : Saturday night, at 7:00 PM

Waiter 1          : How many people will be coming? 

Customer 1      : We need a reservation for two person. 

Waiter 1           : Sorry miss. We have no available space at 7:00 PM. Is it ok to have at 7.30

Customer 1      : Yes, that’s fine

Waiter  1          : Would you like to order the menu now or later?

Customer 2      : I have ordered a glass strawberry and mango juice without milk. Can you

                          give me another one?

Waiter 2           : oh I’m sorry about that miss. Would you please wait just a moment? I will

                           change the juice.

Customer 2      :It’s alright

Customer 2      : Well, this is just exactly what I want. By the way, do i have to pay the first

                          juice?

Waiter 2           : I don’t think so miss, i do apologize. That was our mistake.
